We do this by meeting with them every month to prepare and analyse their monthly management financial statements and to discuss profit improvement strategies with them. As small business accountants we understand what our clients are looking for in their small business accounts - useful information, not pages and pages of technical information they don’t understand.

We are constantly amazed at the accounting fees some companies pay for little more than a tax return. It is our view (and our clients agree!) that the modern accountant needs to be actively involved in the business in order to add real value.
